Privacy Policy
We collect personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc). You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data to process any orders for any of our products or services. We collect data so that we can process your order and manage your account. We can then email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like. Your entitled to the following: The right to access – You have the right to request for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service. The right to rectification – You have the right to request to correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request to complete the information you believe is incomplete. The right to erasure – You have the right to request to erase your personal data, under certain conditions. The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request to restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. The right to data portability – You have the right to request to transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behaviour information. When you visit our websites, we may collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology We will always ask for consent if information regarding your treatments to be shared with the external product companies and to share pictures on social media.
 
 
Terms and Conditions
 
Consultation and Suitability of Treatments
All skin treatments require a consultation, if this has not been booked in prior to your treatment your appointment may be changed to consultation to ensure this is carried out. The consultation will take up to 45 minutes for £30 which is none refundable but is redeemable against any treatment purchase. We will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you and discuss how likely it is to be successful. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if the treatment is deemed as not suitable for any reason, not likely to be successful, or if there are concerns regarding patient expectations or patient compliance. Please be aware that individual results for any treatment may vary from person to person and that results are not guaranteed. It is necessary that you follow our guidance on preparation for treatments that require a specific protocol. Failure to follow the preparation protocol may result in cancellation of your treatment to minimise poor results.
Refunds When purchasing packages and courses, If for medical reasons, it is agreed to stop treatments during the course, any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you and when purchasing packages and courses, the whole amount must be paid for in full before the first treatment. If for medical reasons, it is agreed to stop treatments during the course, All products are none refundable if they are used halfway. To return any items, it must have a closed seal and be exchanged for another product. All courses must be used within the expiration date.
Appointments Any cancellations or changes to appointments must be done 24 hours before your appointment time as you may be charged the amount of treatment booked cost or it may come off your course.
Refer a Friend If you refer a friend- you must have purchased a treatment to gain the benefits of the refer a friend. Once your friend has come into the clinic and paid for a treatment you both will then receive the £10 bonus off each on your next purchase. You must both mention each other’s full names, surname and phone numbers as proof of friendship.
Children No children under the age of 16 years are allowed due to Health and Safety with the clinic.
Gift Cards and Vouchers Use of Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers against treatments only not products. They must be used before the expiry date stated on the card/voucher. They are transferable, but not exchangeable for money.
Complaints Refined Glow Aesthetics is committed to treating all its patients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Refined Glow Aesthetics you are entitled to log a complaint. For privacy and data protection reasons, you are required to do this in writing by a signed letter sent by post or a scanned signed letter sent by e-mail from your own account. You will need to send in the complaint letter to: info@refinedglowaesthetics.co.uk You will receive an email within three working days to confirm that an investigation into the matter is underway and that a response will be made as soon as possible. Complaints of a non-medical nature will be handled in their entirety by the Clinic Manager. In the case of a treatment-related complaint, the matter will be discussed with the relevant supporting team. The objective of this is to provide an explanation or a solution to your concerns. Refined Glow Aesthetics aim to provide you with a full written response within 20 working days or where this is not possible, an explanation as to the cause of the delay.  
Liability Refined Glow Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, or otherwise, for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provide us with all the relevant medical details and history prior to each treatment. Refined Glow Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs due to patient’s failure to disclose such details. We are insured to treat patients of 18 years and over. 16 years and over will need parent consent. You may be asked to provide ID to prove your age. If you are not able to prove your age, then treatment may be refused. The patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Refined Glow Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Any reactions must be reported to Refined Glow Aesthetics with a follow up appointment. Any corrective work, or any added treatment deemed necessary by the clinician and the patient, is provided at the follow- up appointment. Refined Glow Aesthetics are not responsible for any further claims by the patient in relation to the aesthetic treatment. If the patient has any further queries or complications they agree to contact, and attend, Refined Glow Aesthetics prior to attending any other clinic or healthcare provider.
